Shipping policy
1. Order Processing

Processing window: 1–2 business days after you place your order.

Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.

Orders placed after 12 PM ET are treated as next-day orders.
2. Shipping Options & Fees (U.S.)
- Calculated upon checkout.
3. Order Tracking

A tracking link is emailed automatically when your label is created.

Need an update? Use the link first, then email info@shoplapone.com if anything looks off.
4. International Shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the UK, and Australia.

Rates and delivery windows are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Duties and taxes: Collected at checkout when possible; otherwise payable upon delivery.

Free shipping thresholds apply to merchandise subtotal before duties, taxes, or discounts.
5. Pre-Orders & Backorders

Your payment method is authorized at checkout and captured when the item ships.

Mixed carts: In-stock items ship immediately; pre-orders ship separately at no extra cost.
6. Address Changes

Mistyped your address? Email info@shoplapone.com within 1 hour of ordering.

Once a label is created we can no longer reroute packages.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot find the package, wait 48 hours then contact us.

Items damaged in transit? Send photos of the packaging and product within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll replace or refund at our discretion after confirming the issue with the carrier.
8. Sustainability Note

We use 100 percent recycled mailers and carbon-neutral shipping upgrades whenever available.
